Secure MaxTakeOff includes all the features of Secure MaxReader and adds persistence to the takeoff capabilities found in the MaxReader as well as several other capabilities designed to help an estimating professional collect and transfer the data to any estimating package of choice or to an Excel spreadsheet. Secure MaxTakeoff features are automatically activated through the MaxView document on all AEPlans Bid Site projects. Tools include:
- User defined count symbols, dual units of measure and a drop down scale bar.
- The ability to do linear and planar measurements and counts and save the quantities, eliminating the need for printing or plotting drawings.
- Added printing capabilities including Tiled Print and printing Thumbnails.
- Takeoff counts and measurements are saved from session to session.
- All Toolbars and the Information Window are configurable.
