Kelly has been a part of the management team of AEPlans since the inception of the company and has held progressively more responsible positions, including General Manager of our head office Customer Support & Administrative functions and Vice President of our Northwest region where, most recently, she has been instrumental in the successful launch of AEPlans services in the Alaska.
Ms.Maupin's experience includes roles as General Manager and Vice President of MaxView Corporation, which provides the software tools necessary for contractors and suppliers to view the documents in their electronic form on AEPlans and do basic takeoffs for bid estimating purposes. Kelly has spoken at Federal, State, and local municipalities as well as regional AIA conferences regarding the processes of paperless bid distribution.

Joanne has over 35 years computer industry experience in various operations, support, sales and marketing roles. Joanne?s experience ranges from being responsible for the operations of a major data processing center in Canada to major account sales to governmental organizations such as the US Air Force and the Army Corps of Engineers.
Joanne was an original member of the management team who founded MaxView. Her involvement in the sales, marketing, and support elements of that operation for more than 6 years make her well-qualified for a similar role in AEPlans.
